Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 5 business days
*Processing time on order may be up to 10 business days if we are expecting a high volume amount of order.*
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which will be sent to the email address you provided during check out. 
After your order has been packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive further tracking information via email to the email address you provided during checkout.

Shipping Address:

Please make sure to put your correct and up-to-date shipping address.
If your package is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email once we receive the package. A full refund is not guaranteed.

Cancellations, Exchanges, & Returns:

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returns because the orders go directly into processing once it has been placed.If there is an issue with your order, please email: within 4 days of delivery to fix any issue or concerns.

Damaged Items:

If you received a damage item(s), please reach out to us via email within 4 days of delivered date.
We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item(s).
If you have received a damaged item(s) and we have them in stock, we will exchange the item at no extra cost. 
However, if the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund minus the shipping cost.

Lost or Stole Packages:

Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/USPS and filing a lost package claim or stolen package.
Once the package has left DKDeesigns, it is not our responsibility since it is out of our control.

Buyers are responsible for international duties, taxes, & tariffs charges that may apply.
